PENGARUH MOTIVASI, PERILAKU PEMIMPIN, KESEMPATAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract


This research aims to; 1) analyze the influence of motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities to employee performance, and 2) to analyze between motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities are the dominant influence on employee performance. This research uses explanatory research approach (explanatory research). Data was collected through the technique of questionnaires, interviews, and observations, which consists of primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively, using a statistical model, by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, 2) Motivation is variable the dominant influence on employee performance.
