KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK, PROFESIONAL, KEPRIBADIAN DAN KOMPETENSI SOSIAL DOSEN

Abstract

Lecturer at the college plays a strategic role in fostering academic and student affairs. That's because the professors serve as agents that transform science and knowledge to the students, so that if qualified lecturers, it is expected that science and knowledge are transformed as well quality. This research is causality, to determine the effect on the performance of the competence of lecturers lecturers. The sampling technique using Stratified random sampling by the sample size is as much as 105 faculty and the number of respondents who return the questionnaires to complete as many as 95. The results of hypothesis testing in this study were 1). Pedagogical competence of lecturers positive effect on performance. 2). Professional competence positive effect on the performance of lecturers. 3). Personal competence no significant effect on the performance of lecturers, and 4). Social competence no significant effect on the performance of lecturers.
