Abstract


The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of governance variables and the performance of village health workers to the village clean and healthy lifestyle behaviors (PHBS) in the village district of GondanglegiBulupitu Malang. This type of research is explanatory research with descriptive research design. The population is 3426 people, with a sample size of 97 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test and coefficient determination. Hipotesis stated that simultaneous or partial, village governance and healthy employee performance PHBS. Variable dominant influence on the most dominant influence on PHBS are village governance.The results of the research and hypothesis testing shows simultaneously village governance variables and the performance of health workers dominant influence on behavior, it is supported by the statistical value of Fcount>Ftable 68.541 > 3.07. And partially supported by the statistical value of tcount>ttable value of t that village governance by 4708, and the value of tcount healthy employee performance by 4431, while the value ttable 1,658. Village governance dominant influence on behavior, it is supported by the statistical value tcount 4,708 village governance >tcount performance of 4,431 health workers. Simultaneously, the variable village governance and healthy employee performance significantly influence the PHBS by 59.3%, while the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other variables not examined/analyzed in this study.
