KESELAMATAN, KESEHATAN KERJA, DAN KINERJA DALAM PERSPEKTIF KARYAWAN

Abstract

This study aims to show the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on performance in
the perspective of employees of production in PT Pabrik Gula Kebon Agung Malang. This
study uses a quantitative approach to explain the research result. The respondents amounted
to 66 employees taken based on Slovin formula from 194 employees. Data were collected
using questionnaire instrument which has been tested for validity and reliability before.
Multiple regression analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study is
empirical evidence the effect of occupational safety and health on performance. The results
indicate that organization must give much attention to safety and health variables because of
its effect on their employees of production performance.
