ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUK TAHU PUTIH (Studi Kasus Pada Home Industri Tahu Kasih Di Kabupaten Trenggalek
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the quality control of products out white at home industry
in Trenggalek. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative approach. Collecting
data using interviews and observations, data analysis techniques using four tools of
quality control, the check sheet, histogram, a causal diagram, and a control chart p. The
results showed there are five types of damage to the product know, that smell, texture,
hard, soft texture, there are dirt, and the wrong cut. The most dominant is the kind of
damage a hard texture, which is about 54.17% compared to all the damage knew the
others. P control chart analysis results are known there are 8 observations that are
outside the control limit of a total of 10 observations.
