PENGARUH BIAYA PELAYANAN DAN MUTU PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN

Abstract


This study analyzes several variables that influence patient satisfaction in the Women's and
Children's Hospital in Malang Medika Ganesha. These variables are the cost of care and
services. By taking a sample of 71 responden questionnaire results that came to Mother and
Child Hospital Medika Ganesha, and the data processed using multiple linear regression by
using SPSS software version 11.5, the result is: that most large service charge effect on patient
satisfaction with regression coefficients by 0775, while the services affecting patient
satisfaction for 0318. These results prove that the patient would be satisfied to come to
Women's and Children's Hospital Ganesha Medika, when applied to the cost of hospital
services in accordance with their capabilities.
